Job Responsibilities

Manage the Incoming calls, direct it to appropriate departments and manage the sending, receiving of letters / fax / couriers.
Manage the office purchase and expense and work with suppliers for best service.
Manage monthly payment and petty cash.
Manage the service of the office building (facilities, parking, entry cards...).
Control and improve the hygiene, safety, and comfort of the office.
Support Company & Office's events.
Coordinate with HR for administration process for employees and interns, including onboarding & offboarding processes.
Actively support other activities of the office.

Experience requirements

You have high sense of customer service
You have effective communication skill and negotiation skill
You are good at Word and Excel
You are detail-oriented and solution-oriented
You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions
You are quick at problem solving and taking actions
You have at least 1 years of experience in service-related environment
