Mô tả công việc
* Handle Customer Service activities
Handle Customer complaints and request to resolve. Follow up to handle issues completely
Instruct Tenants all necessary Procedure from Fit Out Beginning until Moving in.
Issue apologize Letter, carry out compensation procedures, insurance claims for any incidents (if neccessary)
Office Tenant Event
Make a plan and organize office Tenant Events
Prepare gift to welcome new tenant or on holiday
* Control Office Expenses and Purchasing jobs
Make Plan and Control Budget for Office and WF
Prepare enough necessary Documents to get Approval and accept Payment for Office and shared Office Expenses.
Process vendor selection
* Parking Registration
Explain clearly parking registration procedure for customer
Collect daily request of office tenants to summarize the file sending to LCH team to update on the parking system.
Coordinate with LCH team to issue Parking Card
* Office Parking Revenue
Posting Parking card and monthly Parking Fee on SAP
Make the Office Parking Revenue Report.
Cooperate with Finance Team to follow up overdue Debt
* Processing Construction Renovation Project and Build to suit office
Make a plan for renovation projects and request Budget.
Work with technical teams to prepare specifications for construction project.
Follow up to construction schedule to ensure construction progress and payment plan.
Handle problems caused by construction affecting customers
Process Payment, conduct construction acceptance, warranty requests, and repair arising issues

Yêu cầu
English (Reading, Writing: advance level up, Speaking and Listening: intermediate level up, or above IELTS 6.0)
Microsoft Office skill: word, excel, power point (advance level)
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and operations support
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
