SoA is a 60-people company, with a fast-growing history, grasping opportunities in the heart of the rising business-driven region: ASEAN. The CEO & COO being now relocated in France, we are looking for an Office Director to drive the organization by being an extension of our vision, championing our culture and taking care of our people.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our administrative operations, from human resources and finance to office management and facilities.

The Office Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our organization's office, including our overall HR policy, which is a top company priority.
This includes overseeing a team of administrative and support staff, managing budgets and expenses, and implementing processes and systems to improve efficiency. The Office Director will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment and for ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
You will be under the direct management of the CEO and COO, and work closely with other members of the senior management team to develop and implement policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Defining, implementing and animating SoA's Human Ressources, from the needs definition to engineering our people's
growth.
• Managing employee performance, including hiring, firing, training, and mentoring employees
• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and administrative procedures.
• Managing relationships with external parties, including authorities, service providers, legal firms, compliance, banks,
institutional partners, etc, ensuring that the organization's interests are represented.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Manage the organization's Office & Admin's budget and financial resources effectively.
• Manage the organization's day-to-day administrative operations, including and not limited to managing other administrative
staff's work, maintaining equipment & handling customer service issues.
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization, as well as with external partners and clients.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure they have the resources they need to perform their jobs effectively.
• Leading and supervising a team of employees, including setting goals, providing feedback and support, and conducting
performance evaluations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the office.
• Strategically stay informed about new trends and technologies and continue to develop new skills within the company.
• Set up and maintain a proper communication & reporting system towards the CEO and COO.
