Mô tả công việc
1. Lead leasing process of normal and share office
· Collect leasing inquiries from manager, client and agents
· Lead full cycle leasing process including introduction, negotiation, lease agreement, handover and support customer service
2. Prepare and update leasing data base
· Collect & summarize leasing occupancy, vacancy, leasing offer and contract
· Update leasing documents, leasing report, data base report
3. Build and maintain net working
· Establish and build networking channels/relationship with potential partners, tenants and agents
· Maintain relationship with agency and tenants, potential client
· Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy costs
· Collect request from manager, information from market reports (event, relationship with agents..)
4. Implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy & Manager idea, request from BOD
5. Lead leasing request of current tenants in normal office & share office

· Execute renewal, amendments, annex upon current tenant
· Request and negotiation

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and network.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Problem-Solving Skills: Effective at resolving customer issues and concerns.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
