JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Part-time Sales Intern to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for learning and development in sales and customer outreach. You will play a key role in building and managing a pipeline of potential customers, while also gaining hands-on experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Customer Outreach:
Research and create a list of potential customers for outreach based on defined criteria.
Assist in identifying and segmenting target audiences for outreach efforts.
Reach out to potential customers to introduce Qlay's services.
- Sales Strategy & Tools:
Learn and utilize HubSpot for tracking leads, managing the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with other teams (such as the HR team) to refine outreach strategies and optimize engagement.
Gather and organize customer feedback to help improve the outreach process.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must-Have:
Holds or is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at a top University. (Business, Marketing, or a related field)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of customers.
Skilled in market research to identify potential customers, customer trends, and preferences.
Have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while fostering innovation and contributing to business growth.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Working-level proficiency in English.
- Nice to Have:
Have prior experience in sales or customer outreach.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
Interest in learning about sales strategies and customer relationship management.
HCM-based preferred.
Negotiable - based on experience and qualifications.
This internship position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and will be structured as a contractor relationship.
Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.
Sole Employment: No second job is permitted for both positions
