1. Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
Short-form content production: Manage the full lifecycle of brief video assets, from conceptualization and scripting to editing and distribution across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Craft unique perspectives for specific viewers and iteratively refine presentation styles based on data-driven insights. Ensure a reliable release schedule while maintaining premium aesthetic standards and cohesive brand communication.
Community building & branding: Establish and preserve a unified brand identity and tone across every digital touchpoint. Cultivate an engaged audience to enhance follower commitment and participation.
Traffic & commercial bridge: Create compelling narratives and conversion paths that navigate social traffic toward our primary website and core channels.
Analytics & optimization: Monitor performance indicators, such as retention and traffic origin, to derive actionable findings and strategic pivots. Collaborate with mentors to document and formalize a sustainable, high-efficiency creative workflow.
2. Requirements
Must-have:
Proven track record in developing and operating social platforms, with personal channel growth being a significant advantage.
Expertise in brief video production, alongside fundamental design skills for visual layouts.
Creative, proactive mindset with flexibility to explore and implement new ideas.
Ability to learn fast and adapt to technology changes in the industry.
