Reporting line: SRO (System Reliability & Operations) Team Lead
Role Summary: As a Music Label Operator, you use your music label experience to run EMVN's label operations on YouTube. You keep our label and rights data accurate, spot risks early, and handle complex partner cases, using AI tools to work faster. You rotate across team roles every week and can lead the team's weekly tasks on your own.
Key Responsibilities
Manage label operations on YouTube: onboard new labels and partners and keep our label and rights data accurate.
Prepare music data (ownership and metadata) for delivery to YouTube and other platforms.
Check the health of our YouTube systems every week and act early on risks such as copyright strikes or reference errors.
Handle complex partner cases, such as claim disputes, ownership conflicts and asset removals, within our response-time targets.
Help improve our AI support bot: review its answers, update its knowledge base and suggest new tasks it can take over.
Support team reports, contract drafts and work with other teams, and take turns leading the team's weekly tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field (music, media, law, or business preferred).
2+ years of experience at a music label, distributor, MCN, or music publishing company.
Hands-on experience with YouTube CMS / Studio Content Manager: assets, references, ownership, policies, claims, conflicts and disputes.
Solid understanding of music rights: sound recording vs. composition, metadata, and delivery to YouTube and DSPs.
Uses AI tools daily, writes clear prompts, and checks AI output for accuracy.
Excellence in Vietnamese & English, written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving across multiple priorities, with careful judgment on actions that cannot be undone.

Nice to Have
Experience with distribution or rights platforms (FUGA, SongTrust, or similar).
Experience with Zendesk, Airtable, or Discord community support.
Has built automations (Airtable automation, Zapier, Make, Apps Script) or a knowledge base for a chatbot.
