Reporting line: SRO (System Reliability & Operations) Team Lead
Role Summary: As a Music Label Operator, you help run EMVN's music label operations on YouTube CMS. You learn to support partners, watch for risks in our CMS, and use AI tools and our support bot to work faster and safer. You rotate across team roles every week, with a 2-month training plan and a dedicated mentor.
Key Responsibilities
Reply to partners (creators and music labels) on Zendesk, Discord and email within our response-time targets.
Help onboard new partners and labels: set up their accounts and keep their information up to date.
Handle common partner requests, such as releasing copyright claims or whitelisting channels, following team guidelines once trained.
Run weekly checks on our YouTube systems and report anything unusual to your Team Lead.
Review answers from our AI support bot and help improve the information it uses.
Support team reports and take turns leading the team's weekly tasks as roles rotate.
Requirements
Fresh graduate or final-year student, ready for a full-time position (0-1 year of experience).
Excellence in Vietnamese & English (reading & writing) for email and chat with international partners.
Interest in YouTube and the music industry. No prior YouTube operations knowledge is needed; we will train you.
Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) regularly in study or work, and checks AI output before using it.
Comfortable with spreadsheets and databases (Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable), and quick to learn new tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and careful with data: knows when to stop and ask before an action that cannot be undone.

Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Have a personal laptop & good internet connection at home.
Nice to Have
Experience with Airtable, Zendesk, or Discord community support.
Interest in the music industry, copyright, or the creator economy.
Has built a small automation (Apps Script, Zapier, Make) or a chatbot prompt.
