JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel
Act as a gatekeeper, screening all phone calls, emails, and other correspondence that comes through the CEO's office
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO
Manage and prioritize incoming tasks and projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings and events
Conduct research and gather data on various topics as needed to support the CEO's work
Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Prepare reports, invoices as well as work with clients to pay on time
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting a CEO
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work extended hours and occasionally travel with the CEO
