Our researchers play a critical role in helping our clients hire top executives, making them a vital part of our success. It's a challenging role with a lot of learning opportunities and a direct impact on the success of top startups.
This job is fully remote and can be done from anywhere in the world. You'll need to be available for meetings between 8 am - 12 pm EST or 5 pm - 9 pm EST 2-3 times a week. What you will do:
As a researcher, you'll get to work closely with business managers, executive recruiters and partners to:
Understand the candidate profiles our clients are looking for
Create search strategies that will attract top executives
Become an expert in the most innovative and exciting start-ups
Research, map markets and source ideal candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and others
Build talent networks in certain functions/industries
Provide insights to leadership through your research on companies, industries, and talent pools
Practice, develop, and hone skills critical to a successful search
Who you are:
We'll provide structured training on executive search while giving you in-depth exposure to the world of startups and venture capital. Here's what you need to bring:
You have a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
You have experience and/or an interest in business, startups, and venture capital
You are someone who expects and seeks feedback to continuously improve and develop
You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently
You are organized, with a strong work ethic and excellent judgment
You have relentlessly high standards for the work you do and the people you work with
