JOB DESCRIPTION
As a UX/UI Designer at PickoNow, you will be a key contributor to crafting the user experience and interface for our pickleball app. This is a project-based role with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions while collaborating closely with the team.
Design and deliver UI assets from concept to execution for web and mobile applications.
Create UX/UI design deliverables, including:
Sitemaps
User flows
Lo-fi and hi-fi wireframes
Prototypes
Final designs
Maintain and manage design systems and libraries in alignment with the product's branding.
Utilize UX research and data insights to guide design strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Adapt and innovate design solutions to meet project needs and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
3+ years as a UX/UI Designer.
Proficient in tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience in gamification and user engagement design is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI design for training, recruitment, or community-based platforms is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
Ability to think systematically to create cohesive design systems.
Excellent time-management skills to handle deadlines effectively.
Work Mode: Project-based with the flexibility to work on-site or remotely as needed (negotiable).
