JOB DESCRIPTION
Create interesting,
creative, and humorous content for the company's TikTok channel
Plan and execute
video ideas, combining TikTok trends and humorous materials to create a
difference.
Video shooting:
Responsible for shooting and editing videos, from choosing camera angles,
lighting, to shooting techniques to ensure the quality and attractiveness of
the content.
Video editing: Use
editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) to create
high-quality videos with creative effects, sound and background music suitable
for each video.
Produce short videos
(e.g. funny challenges, comedy acting, unexpected reactions, product testing
with an entertaining style...).
Coordinate with the
marketing team to ensure content is consistent with the brand's strategy and
message.
Manage
the posting schedule and ensure timely completion and analyze performance
metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification and
experience:
Experience creating content
for TikTok or other social media platforms: such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts,
etc.
Proficiency in video
editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
Basic knowledge of
video shooting techniques (lighting, camera angles, composition)
Ability to create
humorous, entertaining, and accessible videos for your audience.
Creative, with a
sense of humor, and the ability to turn common ideas into unique, engaging
products.
Ability to work
independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
Passionate about
storytelling, creating entertaining content, and always looking for new ways to
innovate trends
Nice to have:
Proficient
in Microsoft Office
Skills:
Multi-tasking, time-management, communication, and creativity.
Proactive,
takes initiative, and works independently.
Strong result orientation and ability to execute and measure programs and campaigns.
Experience in
project management skills; capable of managing multiple client projects and
initiatives

JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in
digital transformation projects to optimize internal processes and workflows.
Develop
and maintain in-house systems and applications using Power Platform and other
low-code tools.
Manage
IT assets and services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company
policies.
Implement
AI-driven solutions to enhance workplace productivity and decision-making.
Collaborate
with teams to identify opportunities for AI application and automation.
Develop
and commercialize AI-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
Provide
technical support and training to ensure smooth adoption of systems and AI
tools.
Stay
updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in digital
transformation and system development projects, customized AI solutions for
business applications.
Experience with
low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power
Automate, Power BI).
Knowledge of AI tools
and workplace technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft 365,
Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Knowledge of data
analysis, programming, and data engineering is a plus.
Understanding of IT
asset management and service delivery.
Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
"Promoter"
style is an advantage - friendly, encouraging, team builder, motivator,
communicator, with the ability to create user research and present technical
solutions effectively.
Entrepreneurial
mindset: self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management or a related
field.
Proficiency in
English & Vietnamese.
