JOB DESCRIPTION
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop treatments, visual concepts, and shooting effects.
• Build storyboards, shot lists, and call sheets to prepare for each production.
• Work with line producers and team members to ensure smooth shoots.
• Shoot promotion campaign, tutorials, interviews, and social-first videos (TikTok/Reels/YouTube).
• Manage camera, lighting, and sound for cinematic beauty content.
• Explore fresh shooting styles that fit current trends.
• Edit, color grade, and design sound/motion to deliver polished, premium videos.
• Select music and sound design that elevate the mood and storytelling of each film.
• Adapt content for multiple platforms - from TVCs to quick social clips.
• Keep a consistent brand look across all outputs.
• Work closely with line producer,
designers & content team.
• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions.
• Mentor junior editors or freelancers when needed.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Deliver on time with top-notch quality.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills / Abilities
• 3+ years of experience in videography & editing (beauty/fashion a plus).
• Strong camera & editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong eye for beauty, detail, and trends - from cinematic shots to TikTok - style.
• Experience with pre-production (storyboard, call sheet, planning).
• Team player who communicates well and collaborates with creatives.
• Passion for beauty, skin care & lifestyle content - understand how to make products look stunning.
• Professional attitude with a WILLING TO DO mindset.
Knowledge & Experience
• Strong knowledge and background in film, media, or advertising industry
• Experience in production and post-production.
• Experience in high-end beauty & skincare campaigns from concept to screen.
• Experience in project timeline management.
• Portfolio of successful projects and campaigns.
