Cốc Cốc is looking for a dynamic Junior Moderator to join our team. As a Moderator, you will use your problem-solving skills to continuously deliver value to our clients, keeping all advert's content and images on Cốc Cốc advertising system always consistent and legal, support to resolve requests from other teams, assist with ad-hoc tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Moderate all adverts in the required time
Moderate adverts with high quality, speed and accuracy
Understand and remain up-to-date with team guidelines and new advertising laws
Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements
Escalate issues if it's impossible to be resolved by moderator
Be ready to handle other teammates' tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Foreign language, Law...
Ability to work under high pressure and fast-paced environment
Ability to work in the evening and night, holidays and weekends, including rotating shifts.
Soft skills:
Able to adapt quickly to variety of changes
Fast learner and eager to learn new things
Good written skill in Vietnamese
Good problem-solving. Can act promptly in a crisis situation.
Good analytical and logical thinking
Detail-oriented
