Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager with a robust background in developing and managing marketing funnels and sales cycle specifically for the education sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation, with a proven track record in coordinating effective sales and aftercare activities to enhance student engagement and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing funnels tailored to the education sector.
Drive lead generation through social media, email marketing, SEO, partnerships, and other innovative channels.
Manage and leverage CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts to ensure efficiency and growth.
Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant influencers/organizations to increase enrollment.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence across all channels.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in sales and marketing in the professional services or education sector.
Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and driving sales growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
