JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide prompt assistance to international customers in setting up and effectively using our Shopify apps and themes.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during the use of our apps.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their cases and maintain clear, smooth communication throughout the support process.
Perform other tasks as assigned when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Working hours (UTC+7): Remote shift from 0:00-4:00 or 4:00-8:00 or 0:00-5:00
Strong English proficiency, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support, particularly in the Technology or E-commerce industry, is an advantage.
Hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn new tools and technologies.
Good communication skills with strong abilities in time management and self-management.
