JOB DESCRIPTION
About the position
We are seeking a Community Operations Specialist with a passion for anime, gaming, and comics (AGC) to drive user engagement, manage vibrant online communities, and enhance content quality and diversity. This role involves strategic planning, creator cultivation, and cross-team collaboration to grow the platform's content ecosystem and brand influence.

Job Responsibilities
Content and User Insights
Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and behaviors, identify interests and preferences of different user groups, and provide data support for content operation strategies.
Plan and guide users in creating high-quality content, improve the content ecosystem, and enhance the quality and diversity of platform content.
Community Operations
Manage and maintain the daily operations of user communities, design engaging interactive activities, and boost user activity and retention.
Engage deeply with the community, maintain close communication with core users, identify and nurture
content creators, and build a core user group.
Promoting High-Quality Content
Develop strategies for promoting high-quality platform content externally through social media or user communities to increase content visibility.
Create dissemination plans for various content channels, monitor performance, and continuously optimize to improve brand awareness and user acquisition.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Collaborate closely with product, technical, and design teams to research user needs and drive the productization of user operation requirements.
Work with the growth team to support the creation and promotion of marketing materials.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Experience and Background
Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in content or user operations. Prior experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) platforms is a plus.
In-depth understanding of community management and content ecosystem operations. Familiarity with anime, gaming, and comics (AGC) culture is preferred.
Proficiency in English reading and writing, capable of using it as a working language.
Skill Requirements
Strong sensitivity to content, with the ability to quickly identify and evaluate high-quality content, extract key highlights, and design effective promotional strategies.
Excellent data analysis skills to drive content strategy optimization and improve user engagement through data insights.
Familiarity with community operation methods, capable of designing anime- or game-themed interactive activities to encourage user participation.
Experience in content distribution and promotion, with knowledge of various social media and community communication channels.

Passion for AGC culture with keen insights into creators and user behaviors.
Strong sense of responsibility, clear logical thinking, and solid project management and teamwork skills.
Creativity, strong execution abilities, and a willingness to explore innovative approaches in the AGC content field.
