REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience in recruitment/hiring.
Experience in tech hiring/IT recruitment is a big plus.
Undergraduates/Freshers/Experienced.
Individuals who want to build things from scratch and love dealing with ambiguity
English communication
Identifying and attracting suitably qualified talents for Tech positions
Talent pipelining and including future talent identification
Self-motivating in the concept of remote working.
BENEFITS
Certification of completion, letter of recommendation can be provided on request based on meeting basic performance criteria
Opportunity to convert to a full-time job with Qode
Duration: 12 Weeks, which can be extended based on performance
Stipend of $100 (in local currency) for at least 20 CVs per month (minimum achievement) + $2.4 for every CV approved from there. No Cap to earning potential.
