Job Description:
• Translator: Create localized Vietnamese dubbing script from English.
• Editor: Edit localized Vietnamese dubbing script from English
Adjust the length of the line to sync with the timing of the audio. Especially, when the speaker is on camera, it is important to make the line begin and end when their mouth opens and shuts.
Modification (Adding and/or truncating words) are allowed to match the rough length of the English voiceover.
Pay close attention to which speaker made which sound.
Be sure to maintain consistency for names and references.
Qualifications:
• Native or Native-like level of proficiency in English and Vietnamese with a good command of both colloquial and written English and Vietnamese.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
• Previous experience in dubbing script translation or editing is preferred.
• Positive, can-do spirit, proactive, result-driven, and resourceful
• Willing to learn new things and enjoy new challenges
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and within limited time constraints.
Conditions:
• This is a freelance position with no limitation as to the location.
