This opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates seeking practical exposure to People Operations (traditionally referred to as HR) practices, recruitment operations, employer branding, and cross-functional collaboration within an international work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Conduct research on Talent Management, and Agile People Operations practices
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership review
• Support implementation of internal People Operations processes and workflow improvements
• Contribute to employer branding and social media engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams on operational and business projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Students pursuing a BBA, MBA, Master's in HR, or related degrees.
• Recent graduates interested in building a career in People Operations.
• Strong interest in Agile People Operations, Talent Management, and organizational development
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced remote environment
• Access to personal computer laptop and Internet
• Conversational English proficiency required
