Culturelligence is looking for ambitious, proactive, and growth-driven individuals to join our global remote team as Agile People Operations (HR)Interns. This opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates seeking practical exposure to People Operations (traditionally referred to as HR) practices, recruitment operations, employer branding, and cross-functional collaboration within an international work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Conduct research on Talent Management, and Agile People Operations practices
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership review
• Support implementation of internal People Operations processes and workflow improvements
• Contribute to employer branding and social media engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams on operational and business projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Students pursuing a BBA, MBA, Master's in HR, or related degrees.
• Recent graduates interested in building a career in People Operations.
• Strong interest in Agile People Operations, Talent Management, and organizational development
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced remote environment
• Access to personal computer laptop and Internet
• Conversational English proficiency required
