Mô tả công việc
· Perform a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, document management, scheduling, filing, and office correspondence.
· Assist the Director in managing calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics.
· Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and internal communications as requested.
· Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and maintain vendor relationships.
· Maintain organized records of company operations, procedures, and internal documentation.
· Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and task follow-up.
· Handle basic office management tasks (e.g., equipment maintenance, logistics support).
· Support event or meeting organization (internal workshops, training, or external engagements).
· Undertake special administrative projects as assigned by the Director or Management.
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Good at English verbal and non-verbal, especially in writing
High detail in working
Proactive, sociable, hard-working, good attitude, dynamic and responsible at work.
