Mô tả công việc
• Receive inquiry for air/sea shipment (from HQ/sales/customer/overseas agent).
• Contact with overseas agent/ co-loader/ airline/ carrier to get a very competitive buying rate.
• Provide buying rate to sales or offer selling rate to the customer/agency technically.
• Get booking from carrier/airline and prepare documents to proceed the confirmed shipment.
• Create booking, AWB/HBL and other documents.
• Check and confirm the documents with sales/customer/oversea agent.
• Responsible for operation activities, plan and report of air/sea department involving customer service, office branch, company weekly/monthly basis.
• In charge of any claim when the cargo missed or damaged.
• Cooperate with other departments to handle and support oversea agent/customer for air shipments follow up the company's standard process.
• Receive and finish tasks assigned from General Director.
• Awareness of OP handling in Airport/Sea port
** Expected starting date: 2024 April

Yêu cầu
• Smart, careful, good communication ability → Very Important
• Proficiency in MS Office, and Outlook is a must.
• Ability of listening, speaking, reading, writing English (Good at Korean preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Priority to Foreign Trade University, Economics University, Maritime University or other relative to shipping business)
• Deep freight forwarding knowledge with all ship modes (Sea, Air, Local transportation), domestic and international procedure practice.
• Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in freight forwarding documentation/ customer service in Sea/Air
• High sense of responsibility.
• The ability to work independently, under pressure, multi-task, be a team player, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good discipline.
• Take Initiative, teamwork, self-motivated, and detailed.
** Experiences in Project Cargo Handling is highly preferred
