Mô tả công việc

- Oversee Ocean Export & Import Operations for company-secured customers.
+ Manage weekly and monthly cargo volume and vessel space (MQC).
+ Monitor SOC container inbound/outbound usage and status.
- Provide Market Analysis & Reporting on trends and developments in the Vietnam ocean freight market.
- Optimize Services Based on Customer Requirements & Manage Team Operations Efficiently.
+ Analyze customer needs and develop tailored service solutions.
+ Propose customized service ideas for different customer segments.
- Establish & Maintain Strong Partnerships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and inland transportation providers.
- Manage Service Quality through Continuous Customer Communication.
+ Maintain ongoing engagement to monitor service quality and identify improvement areas.
+ Enhance responsiveness to new customers.
- Propose & Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Update & Analyze Market Freight Rates for Key Ocean Trade Lanes.
+ Track and update freight rates by major trade lanes.
+ Analyze market fluctuations and develop strategic logistics responses.
- Manage service contracts, including rate negotiations and contract compliance

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in ocean freight operations and logistics.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, incoterms, and trade compliance requirements.
- Operational Expertise: Extensive experience in ocean freight export/import operations, documentation, customs procedures, and carrier coordination.
- Process Optimization: Proven ability to enhance workflow efficiency, streamline processes, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining service quality.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, including shipping lines, customs brokers, and inland transport providers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., cargo tracking, performance analysis, and data reporting) and familiarity with logistics management systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong expertise in handling operational disruptions, contingency planning, and risk management in ocean freight logistics.
- Experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with customs clearance processes, import/export regulations, and trade compliance requirements in Vietnam.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance operational performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making to improve logistics efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment while ensuring process stability.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Korean proficiency is a plus).
