Operation Online Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check and process orders from customers.
- Check the availability of products in the warehouse or store, and approve the order on the system to deliver to the client.
- Follow up with the order to ensure it's done and delivered as committed time.
- Work closely with shipping parties to handle orders well.
- Report to the Supervisor and Manager for any abnormality.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- Shift-based working time, 1 day OFF per week.
- Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good command of MS. Office (word, excel, PowerPoint), software.
- At least 01 year of working experience at an equivalent position.
- High responsibilities and good personal skills and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work under high pressure.

- Working time: 6 days/week:
shift 1: 7am - 2pm
shift 2: 2pm - 10pm
