Position Summary & Objective:
The Program Analyst provides analytical, reporting, and coordination support to Sales and Operations. The role supports customer program planning by maintaining accurate data, preparing routine analysis, monitoring program activity against agreed expectations, and assisting with follow-up actions that help maintain effective customer relationships and operational delivery.
Essential Functions Performed by the Position:
Supports analysis of customer programs to help monitor forecasting against sales agreements, identify variances, and escalate potential supply, capacity, or purchasing issues to the sales and operations teams.
Prepares and maintains monthly, quarterly, and annual customer reporting in line with agreed customer lists and reporting schedules, including sales trends, open items, and program activity updates.
Assists with customer analysis meetings by preparing data, documenting discussion points, tracking follow-up actions, and supporting review of sales issues and open items.
Maintains and updates active Open Purchase Order (OPO) reports, ensuring data accuracy and highlighting trends, exceptions, or potential gaps for further review by senior team members or management.
Maintains program databases, customer records, supplier information, and reporting tools to support accurate and timely analysis for Sales and Operations.
Identifies data inconsistencies, process issues, or reporting improvements and raises recommendations to senior team members or the Operations Supervisor.
Provides administrative and analytical support for departmental procedures, training materials, and process documentation as required.

Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience supporting analysis of sales, customer program, operational, financial, or work-related data, including experience maintaining databases, reports, or tracking tools containing customer, contractor, or supplier information.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to collect, review, and interpret customer program data and prepare clear summaries for review by senior team members or management.
Ability to maintain and update customer open purchase order reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to identify basic trends, variances, data inconsistencies, and potential issues requiring further review.
Ability to support problem solving by gathering relevant information, preparing analysis, and escalating recommendations appropriately.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Hours and Conditions
Office and Remote Work Environment.
Physical Characteristics and Demands This role is sedentary in nature, you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
