Mô tả công việc
1. Arrange travel services in the South VN (hotels, transportation, boats, air tickets, visas, guides, etc.), ensuring everything is well prepared before clients arrive in Vietnam.
2. Monitor and follow up on all booked services to ensure smooth operations during clients' trips, handling any issues that arise promptly.
3. Coordinate effectively with the Sales and Accounting teams, as well as with North and Central offices and suppliers.
4. Monitor service contracts and rate sheets; maintain and update pricing data, and track service changes from suppliers. Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all confirmed services.
5. Carry out other tasks assigned by the Manager.

• Strong communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
