Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate with schools to make sure that new policies / changes / applications from Company are carried out.
• Handle logistics/maintenance/renovation requirements for school set-up, facilities and daily operations.
• Deal with outsources; logistics arrangement and support onsite on events.
• Assist in organizing the Department's annual projects (Medical check-up for students, First aid training for staff, Firefighting training for staff, Operations audit....).
• Assist Operations Department Head: Student special request; Students' Information and Enrolment Trend, Monthly newsletter, Enrolment season duties, Review insurance claim for students.
• Coordinate with other parties for Lease agreement, lease renewal of premises, renovation, Correspondence regarding assigned matters.
• Assist administrative jobs for licensing process for schools.
Yêu cầu
• Good command of English
• Over 1 year working as Operations or Admin Staff
• Relevant working experience in education field is preferred
