Operations Manager - Cambridge International Program - 01 for Hanoi & 01 for Hai Phong (Salary Upto 35,000,000 VND)

Mission of the Operations Manager (OM):
To manage and coordinate between Academic team, teachers, schools, students, parents and other stakeholders for the effective delivery of the Cambridge International Program (in Haiphong Province or Ha Noi Capital).
Outcomes:
The OM is expected to achieve the following outcomes:
1. Manage a team of Operations Consultants (OC) to successfully run programs at target schools;
2. Facilitate all tasks requested by Academic manager and line manager of the program to ensure the smooth operation for the program;
3. Coordinate with schools' management board, homeroom teachers and other related bodies to facilitate programs;
4. Communicate with school, teachers, parents and academic team regarding students' progress and any issues that affect students' learning / teachers' teaching;
5. Have weekly meeting with Academic Department and line manager to solve any issues needed;
6. Attend and help to organize monthly meetings, semester meetings, year-end meeting with schools, parents following line manager's instructions;
7. Coordinate with other departments in Atlantic in Hanoi to ensure the success of programs;
8. Attend and supervise additional school activities, onsite or offsite, as required. This may include trips outside and overseas;
9. Attend professional trainings, internal trainings and others, required by line manager and/or AG BOD;
10. Send daily/weekly/monthly reports to homeroom teachers, schools, DOETs and line manager;
