Mô tả công việc
Strategy:
• Assist in the planning and execution of transfers, excursions, and other services purchased to ensure a seamless operation.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure it meets the quality and operational standards established by the company.
• Professionally handle operations-related inquiries from both suppliers and clients.
Execute:
• Ensure all service requirements are current, confirmed, and documented in accordance with company policies.
• Plan and assign drivers and tour guides for transfers and excursions.
• Act as the main liaison between Guides, Drivers, and other suppliers.
• Coordinate job orders and communication with all suppliers.
• Prepare Airport welcome signs and assemble Welcome Packs for clients.
• Monitor the office phone and handle emergency calls when directed by the Manager.
• Record and investigate incidents, accidents, or complaints, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Collaborate with reservation staff and partners to manage reservation status effectively.
• Ensure that all requests are processed within the specified time frame.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with partners and ensure suppliers adhere to company guidelines.
• Receive calls from suppliers and clients, promptly addressing questions or concerns.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Operation Manager or General Manager.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• A degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, or a related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities while maintaining a focus on proactive planning.
• A strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer care and service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and public holidays.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a travel operation officer.
• Specific experience with large Cruise ships is highly desirable.
Skills:
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work diligently, professionally, and with a sense of humor within a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese; fluency in the English language is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, and familiarity with travel-related software such as Travel Studio.
