Job Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Management
- Lead multiple high-impact projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed plans for the project management team within the department on a regular basis.
- Ensure project goals align with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the project management team to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure clear communications on prioritization and support across all Operations departments.
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Support and drive business case, EP and ACR
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and vendors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

- Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet project objectives.
Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Provide regular project updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact.
Project Quality
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections and audits.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
- Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget.
Performance Monitoring
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Measure project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when needed.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members as needed.
Project Improvement and Retrospective
- Identify opportunities for project improvements and implement best practices.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications / Bằng cấp
- A bachelor's degree or master degree in IT, Project Management or related fields;
- Project Management Professional Certification is plus;
- Scrum/any Agile Certifications are plus; and
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
Knowledge and skill / Kiến thức và kỹ năng
- 10+ years working experience in managing projects/programs that large, complex and cross-functional;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge and has hand-on experience in project and program management methodology and techniques;
- Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program;
- Strategic mindset;
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management;
- Strong stakeholder management;
- Strong leadership, communication and management skills;
- Proven experience in project management software and tools.
- Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; and
- Good knowledge in financial services in life insurance industry is plus
