A. Sales Order Management
• Check sales orders for accuracy in product quantity, SKUs, pricing, and discount structure.
• Review and follow up on open sales orders, investigate issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Issue Accounts Receivable (A/R) invoices accurately and on time.
B. Logistics and Shipping
• Work closely with the Warehouse team to manage and release orders that are ready to be picked up or shipped, ensuring no orders are missed.
• Coordinate with transporters to manage delivery schedules and resolve any shipping or delivery-related issues.
• Prepare packing slips, create domestic and international shipping labels, track deliveries, and ensure timely shipment.
• Handle delivery processing and ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
C. Other Duties
• Handle additional related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager or Logistics Director.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred but fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome to apply.
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English (speaking French is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• High attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving ability.
• A proactive, collaborative, and learning-oriented mindset.

WORKING HOURS:
• 8 AM to 6 PM (Mon to Thur), 8 AM to 12 PM (Fri)
