The candidate is required to possess strong English-speaking skills to effectively communicate with native English speakers.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
File and manage our existing information database and customer relationship management system
Identify and reach out to suitable stakeholders through various channels
Support clients throughout their application process
Provide regular updates to managers on the progress of ongoing workflows
Maintain clear communication with clients and all relevant parties to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow
Fulfill other tasks and projects assigned by managers.
