Mô tả công việc
• People: Recruit, train, and develop the oversea team. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure team engagement and retention.
• Operations: Oversee shipment processes, ensure compliance with SOPs, monitor service quality, and maintain strong relationships with agents/customers.
• Sales: Manage department budget, achieve sales targets, develop and retain overseas clients, support sales teams in closing deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Development: Review department performance, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvements.
Yêu cầu
• College degree or above in Business, Logistics, Import-Export, or related fields.
• English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent); Chinese is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international business (US-UK/China market preferred).
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, leadership, and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
