JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify, approach and develop partnerships with overseas freight forwarding agents through the WCA, JCTrans and PPL networks, LinkedIn, email and other channels
Introduce and sell Glotrans's sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, customs clearance and domestic trucking services
Manage partner data; work with the Accounting team to track and reconcile agent balances
Prepare regular reports on inquiries, bookings and sales results for management
Attend international logistics conferences and exhibitions when assigned

REQUIREMENTS
College or university degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, Economics, English Language or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in Overseas Sales, Forwarding Sales, Pricing or Customer Service at a freight forwarder is preferred
Fresh graduates with a clear sales orientation and good English will be trained
Good written and spoken English; confident writing business emails and negotiating with overseas partners; Chinese is a strong advantage
Knowledge of Incoterms, Sea/Air import-export procedures, shipping documents and surcharges
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proactive, persistent and honest; able to work under target pressure, both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Excel and Outlook/Google Workspace; ability to apply AI tools at work is an advantage
Candidates with an existing network in international logistics associations are preferred

Base salary of VND 7-15 million + commission
