Packaging Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operate the Pallet/Depalletizer area, ensuring safety, quality, and maximum efficiency, minimizing filling losses, and reducing energy and material consumption. Implement 5S principles, maintain production records and checklists. Review logbooks and production plans. Inspect product quality and record it in the logbook. Record operating parameters.
Implement the ES policy to ensure individual conduct complies with safety requirements.
Comply with relevant environmental policies, implement chemical management, wastewater and waste management, and environmental protection.
Comply with government food safety laws and other laws and regulations; apply HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards to eliminate quality incidents.
Implement checklists as required by the SOP.
Operate packaging equipment according to production plan, deliver standard-compliant beer products to customers, comply with 5S requirements, and complete contract work.
Responsible for cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining equipment.
Follow the CILT checklist and perform OTIF to ensure equipment is always in good condition.
Detect anomalies and coordinate with the TS department to rectify and resolve problems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications:
College (or University) degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation Industry Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing plant (preferably in the food/beverage industry)
Preference for breweries or beverage factories
Position Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a production operations position
Languages:
Basic English reading comprehension (Good communication skills are a plus)
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge, Skills, and Personality Requirements:
Understanding of beer technology
Understanding of HACCP
