Mô tả công việc
- Support teachers in class/during the course (when assigned);
- Have class substitutions as requested;
- Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignment or reinforce learning concepts;
- Control and take care of students in assigned classes;
- Assign and marking homework for assigned classes;
- Observe students' performance and record relevant data to assess students' progress;
- Take class attendance and maintain attendance records;
- Plan, prepare and develop various teaching aids;
- Conduct demonstrations to teach skills, such as sports, dancing, and handicrafts;
- Do other tasks assigned by the CM and AC
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving;
- Team working and decision making;
- Multi-tasking, working under high pressures, organization.
- University students. Those who major in English is an advantage;
- A English certificate (IELTS/ TOEFL from B2 level) is a plus;
- Can arrange time to work on weekday evenings and weekends
- Personal quality
- Honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, innovative, and confident;
- Willing in professional development;
- High commitment with the center.
- Experience: Experiences in tutoring/ teaching English for children aged from 6 to 13.
