The Partner Communications & Engagement team is responsible for sharing the company's vision and practical updates with driver-partners nationwide. We serve as the voice, eyes, and ears for the driver community. We are an energetic team dedicated to crafting compelling copies, supporting online communities, and building strong, trusted relationships with our driver-partners.
Summary
Reporting to the Lead, Partner Communications & Engagement, this junior role focuses on creating engaging content for driver-partners and building vibrant online driver communities. The role is key to keeping driver-partners informed, connected, and engaged through creative writing and active social channel management.
GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
Draft clear, engaging, and creative messaging for driver-partners across email, in-app inbox notifications, and social channels.
Manage and curate content for driver social media pages and community groups to foster positive engagement and peer interaction.
Assist in executing communication campaigns and creating everyday content routines tailored for driver-partners.
Schedule and broadcast daily driver communications seamlessly across established channels.
Monitor driver community feedback and track basic communication metrics to help improve content quality.
Support team lead & team mates with creative copy for driver events, workshops, and community initiatives as needed.
SKILL-SETS
1-2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, community management, or junior marketing roles.
Strong creative writing and storytelling skills with the ability to write in an approachable tone for driver-partners.
Familiarity with managing social media platforms, Facebook groups, or online community spaces.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, planning and prioritizing a varied workload in order to meet fixed deadlines.
Strong teamwork skills and work ethic.
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and systems thinking skills.
Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to compile data and create content for a wide variety of audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
Ability to use and communicate in English at least at a basic level.
Ability to use Microsoft Office, Wordpress, Adobe, Canva is a plus.

Salary: VND 11,900,000 gross
100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
