This will be the first lead role to be hired to expand into the Vietnam market. You will ensure the success of strategic partnerships together with boosting revenue, attaining business growth and sales targets. As a Partner Sales Manager, you will handle the end-to-end Sales cycle from prospecting, identifying potential partners, nurturing the relationships, contract negotiations, and working closely with internal teams to keep track of progress to ensure successful execution are in place. You will be the key lead in managing all partnership negotiations fostering mutual success for long-term business relationships.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Management, Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field.
* Demonstrated success in partner management or business development, ideally within the dynamic landscape of HR technology or other technology platform.
* Capability of negotiation and adept management, showcasing the ability to steer through complex business landscapes effectively.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills and adept communication with stakeholders across all tiers.
* Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, fostering a synergistic and results-oriented work culture.
* Driven by results, with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
* Robust technical proficiency and a comprehensive understanding of technology products and services.
