Develop and execute partnership plans that align with business goals.
Build and manage all LitExtension Partnership Programs.
Identify and engage potential partners to establish strategic collaborations and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Help onboarding new Agency partners on LitExtension services, ensuring they understand the products and operating procedures.
Coordinate with
Account Manager (B2B Sales) to ensure the best partner experience.
Actively nurture and interact with existing partners, ensuring the best support for partners to achieve common goals (win-win-win pillar).
Report, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activities, make recommendations for improvement when necessary.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to leverage partnerships for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
Represent LitExtension at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish new connections.
Yêu cầu
Have a bachelor's degree or higher;
Having at least 02 years of experience in partnership/
business development;
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in English: Ielts 6.5; Confidence in speaking.
Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that contribute to business growth.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams;
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc., is a plus.
