Mô tả công việc
Identify and engage potential vendors for barter deals, including luxury hotels, F&B agencies, and marketing material producers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate mutually beneficial exchanges.
Negotiate barter agreements that leverage the ForbesVietnamecosystem to maximize benefits for both parties.
Manage barter budgets effectively, ensuring optimal value generation for clients and the business.
Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance barter deals and partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to align barter agreements with event and marketing objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of barter deals, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate barter and vendor negotiations.

Yêu cầu
Proven knowledge and experience in corporate barter.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably withmedia, and advertisingexperience.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing barter deals.
Strong network of B2B clients and industry contacts.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative barter solutions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
