Role Summary
This position will be mainly in charge of accounting tasks of which specific accountabilities are as follow.
Specific Accountabilities
- Check & create payment to vendors and internal staff.
- Check document and make sure it complies with Tax rule & company policy before proceed payment.
- Update all daily and month-end journal entries relating to actual/accrual.
- Prepare VAT input report.
- Check & update expense to accounting system.
- Support to issue invoices to customers
- And other jobs be assigned by
accounting manager.
Yêu cầu
Required Skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, accounting system.
- Good organization skill
- Good English communication
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Having at least 2-3 years experience in doing accounting, finance tasks or in the similar position.
- Experience in the logistics industry or shipping is preferable.
- Good working attitudes: supportive minded, diligent, disciplined and punctuality.
