People & Culture (P&C) interns will join or lead initiatives to support Sanofi P&C agenda of enabling a health organization, fostering winning culture and bringing about purposeful experience. Through coaching and real job experience, the students will get access to knowledge of various HR disciplines, gain cross functional insights into Sanofi business and get chances to create meaningful impact to people, one Sanofi's most valuable assets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Development & Learning
Support the designing and implementation of internal learning & development activities
Organize key events in internal early-talent & mid-manager development programs
Participate in talent management cycle: prepare talent deck, update talent key metrics and systemize talent follow-up schedule
Join hands with regional and local Talent team to refresh learning-culture enabling ideas and materials
Employer Branding & Culture
Support the designing and implementation of Vietnam Employer Branding
Connect and liase for building partnerships with Universities and Student affiliates
Support the organizing of engagement events with students and mid-career
Opportunities to lead or play a critical role in key projects
Employer Value Proposition Localization: refresh and localize EVP assets and facilitate the implementation across key employee moments
Employee Ambassador Program: leverage current employees as company ambassadors on social media and company events
P&C Communication
Design visual and content for people communication materials
Talent Acquisition
Participate in the selection process of internship program across company
General Administration:
Coordinate and arrange logistics for P&C meetings and minutes taking.
General administration for P&C department

About you
EDUCATION
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field (eg Marketing, PR, Communication, Business, e-commerce) could be an advantage but not the condition to apply for this role
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Good Critical thinking
Adaptability in a changing environment
Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
Effective team player
Can-do attitude
Familiar with multi-media design tools and platforms (eg. AI, Photoshop, Canva, iMovie)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and both Vietnamese and English
Creativity and tech-savy in an advantage
