1.KPI Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational KPIs across all centres and regions.
Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve performance dashboards and management reports.
Identify early warning signals and proactively highlight performance risks before month-end results are impacted.
Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all performance reports.
Provide regular KPI updates and performance summaries to the DPOE
2. Performance Analysis & Business Insights
Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, performance gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Investigate underperforming centres and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions.
Highlight performance risks and opportunities to the DPOE.
Support ad hoc data analysis and business performance reviews as required.
3. Centre Engagement & Performance Follow-up
Coordinate with GCMs and CMs to ensure timely and accurate completion of performance reports and KPI reviews.
Support centre teams in understanding KPI definitions and reporting requirements.
Monitor reporting compliance and escalate issues or risks to the DPOE when necessary
4. Process & System Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and performance tracking.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
Support the development and enhancement of dashboards, reporting tools, and performance management initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành Kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Phân tích dữ liệu hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phân tích vận hành, quản lý hiệu suất hoặc các vị trí tương đương đòi hỏi kỹ năng xử lý dữ liệu.
- Thành thạo kỹ năng Excel, có khả năng làm việc và xử lý các tập dữ liệu lớn một cách chính xác.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc, có khả năng trình bày dữ liệu và các phát hiện một cách rõ ràng, khách quan và chuyên nghiệp.
- Có tư duy chi tiết, khả năng gây ảnh hưởng và đưa ra các đánh giá trung thực, khách quan cho đội ngũ vận hành.
