Job Title: Performance Marketing Analyst
Department: Marketing & Ecommerce
Team: Content Operations
About the role
The Performance Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in driving the success of our Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) marketing and paid advertising initiatives. This position is responsible for analyzing content performance, optimizing ad campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to improve overall marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and experience in working with advertising agencies.
Responsibilities
1/ KOC Content Performance Analysis
- Monitor and track the performance of KOC content across various social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Analyze key metrics such as views, engagement (likes, comments, shares), reach, and conversion rates.
- Generate regular performance reports and identify trends and insights.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for future content briefs and guidelines to improve KOC content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Influencer management team to provide feedback and optimize content strategies.
2/ Ads Optimization (Agency Collaboration):
- Act as the primary point of contact between our internal team and the Ads Running Agency.
- Analyze ad performance data (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS) provided by the agency to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to the agency for ad creative, targeting, and placement optimizations.
- Monitor and evaluate the agency's performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
- Communicate regularly with the agency to ensure alignment on goals and strategies and provide feedback regarding budget spending, to optimize ROAS.
3/ Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics) to gather and analyze data.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to both KOC content and ad performance.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to the marketing team and the Ads Running Agency.
- Maintain accurate records of all ads optimization recommendations and resulting performance changes.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
- Experience working with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Familiarity with paid advertising and agency collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
- Experience working with social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Familiarity with paid advertising and agency collaboration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
