JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Establish the end-to-end performance marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses on Amazon Ad Platform un mutiple markets.
Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimisation and data and analytics to support future business growth.
Working alongside Senior Performance
Marketing Manager, Sales Team, Creative Team and other stakeholders to to ensure that the marketing technology strategy aligns with the organisation's broader digital strategy and efforts
Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimisation.
Develop and lead the implementation of the longer-term data and analytics capability, in consultation with the relevant marketing and
business leaders.
Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness.
Work with different Sales teams to optimize campaigns for search engines through effective SEM tactics
Guide and follow SEO performance across all teams
Support to build internal system in order to standadize and scale up company revenue results
Supervise budget allocation of Sales team, optimize bids for performance marketing initiatives to ensure target ROI
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies for continuous improvement
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and sales growth
Demonstrate a desire of self-development, self-learning, self-motivating, sharing knowlege and thinking out of the box
Lead marketing process in pursuit of standard focus, profit focus and P&L focus
