We are looking for a creative, data-driven
Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our H5 app. This role involves developing strategies to increase app installs, enhance user engagement, and drive customer retention. The ideal candidate has a strong background in-app marketing and digital advertising with focus on user acquisition and performance analysis.
• Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social ads: FB and Tik Tok Ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) while staying within budget and command in ROAS and CPI/CPA.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal results.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including
content creators, designers, and
developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve established goals.
• Provide recommendations on budget allocation based on performance insights.
• Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements to improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure client's campaign remains competitive and effective.
• Work with external partners, such as publishers and vendors, to ensure the campaign are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in digital ad platforms campaign management
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance analysis and optimization.
• Proven experience in running app ads, such as: Google UAC, FB Install App Ads, Tik Tok Install App Ads
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Appflyer/Adjust
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
