We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Performance
Marketing Executive to support traffic, conversion, and revenue growth across our key e-commerce channels.
This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid media activities across Meta, TikTok, Google, and onsite media placements, with a strong orientation toward Shopee, TikTok Shop, and social commerce performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strong ownership and execution mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (including CPAS), TikTok Ads, Google Shopping, and onsite ads to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
Allocate and control advertising budgets effectively based on ROAS, order efficiency, and business priorities.
Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CVR, and ROAS, and take timely action to improve results.
Proactively identify optimization opportunities across audience targeting, creatives, campaign structure, budget allocation, and platform execution.
Support campaign planning and execution in alignment with key e-commerce priorities, product focus, promotion periods, and sales targets.
Work closely with internal teams including E-commerce, Content, Design, and related stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness and support better conversion performance.
Conduct market, competitor, and platform research to identify trends, opportunities, and ideas that can improve digital performance.
Prepare clear and actionable performance reports, including key results, insights, and recommendations.
Support tracking, data collection, and performance analysis to ensure accurate reporting and better decision-making.
Support other related
digital marketing tasks as needed in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
