1. Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Ensure campaign performance meets key KPIs such as CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV/CAC ratio, and conversion rate.
Analyze and propose A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams.
2. Analysis & Optimization
Monitor, report, and analyze weekly/monthly performance across cohorts and funnels.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and Looker Studio (or equivalents) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Continuously optimize creatives, copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve overall performance.
3. Collaboration & Insights
Work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Growth teams to ensure a seamless funnel from Ads → Landing → Conversion.
Contribute actionable insights on market trends, customer behavior, and creative performance to support Growth initiatives.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads campaigns (preferably for SaaS products, Shopify apps, or eCommerce tools).
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and at least one other platform (Google Ads or TikTok Ads).
Experienced in event tracking, pixel setup, conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and GA4 configuration.
Strong data analysis and ad performance interpretation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Good English reading and writing skills.
