ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital customer acquisition at Donuts Vietnam.
This is a newly created position that will work closely with our existing Marketing and Sales teams.
You will directly execute, optimize, and scale our digital acquisition channels, with a strong focus on Google Search Ads. You will also be responsible for Meta Ads, SEO, Landing Page optimization, conversion tracking, and lead quality improvement.
This is not a strategy-only or agency-management role. We are looking for a hands-on player who can directly operate advertising platforms, analyze performance data, identify problems, and implement improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, directly execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns, focusing primarily on Google Search Ads and Meta Ads.
Conduct detailed keyword research, analyze search terms, build and maintain negative keyword lists to maximize ad relevance and budget efficiency.
Collaborate on Landing Page (LP) improvements, perform A/B testing, and optimize Conversion Rates (CVR).
Develop and implement SEO keyword strategies and content plans to grow organic traffic and generate inbound leads.
Set up, maintain and audit conversion tracking environments using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
Monitor CPL, CPA, CPQL and Lead-to-Meeting conversion rates. Regularly review sales outcomes with the Sales team to continuously refine lead quality.
Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets while maintaining cost efficiency and lead quality.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using advertising, analytics, and Sales or CRM data.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Acquisition.
Proven track record of independently managing, setting up, and optimizing Google Search Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong technical capability in setting up and analyzing tracking environments using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
Experience with Landing Page optimization, A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Solid understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, and search term analysis.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics like CPL, CPA, CPQL, CVR, and sales conversion rates.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in the B2B Marketing or B2B SaaS industry is a strong plus.
Experience aligning marketing metrics with Sales outcome data.
Hands-on experience with daily campaign operations (Search Term analysis, Negative Keyword optimization, Bidding strategy).
Familiarity with marketing & funnel tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, WordPress, Google Sheets/Excel.
